Q: I have read on your website (procellaconsultants.com) that you give a business analysis. What exactly is this?  -Analytical Andy

Well Andy, an analysis is very simple. We have a preset questionnaire that we use to determine where your business is right now. Are you a small business? Is your revenue too low? Are you organized? Can you handle the growth you're wanting? These are how we decide where you are at now.
The next step is to find where you want to be? Do you need help in a certain area? Are you losing customers? Do you even have any customers? Are you wanting to grow into a new level? Maybe even a new space? Are you wanting to make that leap into the cyber-world? We will determine where your business would be in your perfect world.
Then, we create a custom plan that will get you from where you're at now to where you want to be. It's our job to make that plan work and happen in the time you want with the budget you set. Don't worry though, as a Business Fairy, I do all the work for you!
Our first meeting will take about an hour or so, but after that I'll simply have check points with you. Small times that work for you so that I can show you the progress we have so far.
